State sponsors of terror (Pak, Iran, Saudi)

I'm not sure if Saudi Arabia was behind Pakistan-supported insurgency in Kashmir since 1948, Al-Badr/Al-shams in East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) in 1971, or Afghan insurgency in 1974. Saudis became partners in crime with Pakistan-supported terrorism in 1979 when they got hit by twin dragons of Iranian Revolution next door, and the homegrown terror of seige of Ka'aba. Even after Afghan war, Saudis have shown no direct interest in Kashmir jihad.

Iran has been a prime exporter of terrorism in Lebanon (Hezbollah), Palestine (Hamas and Islamic jehad), Iraq (Mahdi militia), Syria (Shia militants exported from Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan). However, unlike Salafi terrorism, Iran-supported terrorism: 1) is not a freelance activity but strictly a state-controlled venture i.e. all acts require approval from Supreme Iranian marj'ah, and 2) has a much smaller recruitment pool (less than 10% of global Muslim population).
